ระบบงานองค์การ คือ

the firm Which are known as SAP, Oracle, People Soft
- โดยระบบจะเชื่อมโยง Software module และ common central Database และเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง information ใหม่ในระบบทำให้มีผลต่อ business process อื่นๆ
